It's december... oh no its march actually... but the climate here in delhi where i am right now made me to think so(it was early morning; later when i came back aftr a couple of days to Delhi in the noon, it was terrible hot)...
We are going all the way to Manali the dream destination of almost all south indians.. just to experience the snow... the white land... everything.. we started our trip on march 11 saturday evning from kannur in sampark kanthi express. As known earlier it will take 48 hours to reach chandigarh, from where I am to meet amal my school friend. 
MARCH 11: Train to Chandigarh

Today its 13th march its holi today. The festival of colours,its nice to see people enjoying holi in here. In the outskirts of delhi. The condition of people around here is really pathethic. Its DELHI the capital of our nation. I think the condition should be better. The slums are getting increased day by day. But why government so irresponsible especially people reciding in here in Delhi.
MARCH 13 : A view from train : Haryana
Haryana ki haryali.... yea till Delhi it was full of people rich places, including those slums. The beauty of travelling in train is that we felt wen we passed delhi and moved to haryana. Its all green around similar to our home kerala. But its a different feeling the wind its cold,no it really cold. Sitting in the window side the sunlight burnt my hand also i was shivering with the cold wind out there. Nice na.. two feelings simultaneously.
We reached chandigarh raillway station by 4 o clock. Its was time for UBER. To book a cab using your phone. Smart isnt it. The exact fare to the destination is already known before we get in. I prefer all my readers to use such useful android applications, yea it do a lot better. It save us from all those crooks, the 'well behaved cab drivers'.
MARCH 13 : IISER Mohali
We head our way to IISER,mohali punjab with our punjabi driver in UBER cab. Chandigarh, the best ever city i have ever sceen. Its a well planned city, beautiful one,like a city as we see in hollywood movies.
My friend Amal was waiting for us there in front of the gate. He accompanied us to his hostel and arranged a guest room for us. I cn say such a friend in every part of the country would help you to save a lot of ur pocket money.IISER Mohali .. such a beautiful campus.Even it had mixed hostel, heaven hah !.
Evening by 6.30 we went for shopping,same as usual in a uber cab. I bought a Jacket, my favorite outfit not only because i loved one but because we were going to THE HILLS. We went to TAWA restaurant. Its was his treat. We had much after two days, kash amal hamesa mere sath ho.! 😝

we went back and had a nice walk thorugh IISER campus. Later we had a deep shake free sleep after two days.
